Room 6 has a private outside entrance from the deck and is in the basement level. It has a 10 ft. ceiling and a big window.  It is a large room with a king bed, a twin bed and pullout couch.  The private bath has a single-person jacuzzi/tub/shower combo and a heated tile floor. The ceiling and lighting have been recently updated. The room has a new Oakleaf Interior sleigh bed and dresser, built-in desk, reading lamps, tower clock and end tables and couch.

This room has many amenities including a hair dryer, TV, DVD player, a small refrigerator, and a space heater that looks like a small fireplace. It is decorated with Alaskan art and photos and, it has a deep closet for extra storage.  Room 6 can be conveniently added to Room 5 for traveling families or couples, as it shares a hallway with a bench and a private entry to remove and store shoes and jackets. Room 6 is comfortable for three people, but a fourth person can be added by using the pullout couch.  This room has shades and curtains, two layers for darkening the room, if the long Alaskan days are problematic for sleeping.  It can be an especially comfortable, cool and dark room for those times when Alaska has long, warm summer days.
