Room 3 is accessible and is on the main level with a king bed,  private bathroom with 5 grab bars and a fold-down seat in the shower, and an antique desk with chair.  It has many amenities including a hair dryer, DVD player, a small refrigerator, and a space heater. Included is a stepping stool with storage for the tall king bed. Extra pillows are in the closet. This room is the most conveniently located.
